We know better than anyone that it's only natural for patients, families and carers to be nervous when they are confronted by what can seem to be specialised medical equipment. That's why our highly trained Vitalair professionals are always on hand, either on the phone or out and about in the field.

At Vitalair nothing is more important than people's safety. Before installing any equipment a risk assessment will be carried out. The patient will receive a handbook which will detail all the relevant safety information that they will need to follow.

We also provide the reassurance of a swift emergency call-out service in the highly unlikely event of equipment failure.
