Our Vitalair customer service team have a wealth of knowledge and are available to deal with any telephone enquires from patients, clinicians and primary care trusts.
Predominantly the team will organise the delivery and installation of equipment and provide information and technical support on oxygen products, helping clinicians to provide the best solution for their patient's needs. The team can also provide reporting information such as how we are performing versus our service level agreements.
We can also provide the contact details for clubs and support groups that offer help and adivce for patients, their families and carers.
Our Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) carry out the installation, servicing, replenishment and removal of each different type of of home oxygen system that we offer. Each PSR has been vetted through the Criminal Records Bureau and fully trained to ensure they provide an efficient service with the highest attention to safety.
The PSRs work closely with the customer service advisors to ensure an integrated service is delivered which meets the patient's needs.
Our Respiratory Advisor is an additional resource to all respiratory teams and can advise and educate on patient assesment and categorisation, prescribing procedures and Vitalair's oxygen therapy systems
Our Respiratory Advisor can also provide a more detailed explanation of our service and how it can change to meet a patient's needs over time.
