During each six monthly service visit the Patient Service Representative (PSR) will record the number of hours the concentrator has been used. This will enable us to calculate the amount of electricity the concentrator has consumed and we will then send a cheque to the patient to cover the cost.
For those patients who also have a regular supply of cylinders then the PSR will take a note of the hours the concentrator has used at three monthly intervals ensuring regular reimbursement of electricity costs.
For those patients who do not have regular cylinder deliveries will be shown by the PSR how to complete the prepaid refund postcard. This should be posted on the date agreed with the PSR.
