Our Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) carry out the installation, servicing, replenishment and removal of each different type of home oxygen system that we offer. Each PSR has been vetted through the Criminal Records Bureau and fully trained to ensure they provide an efficient service with the highest attention to safety.

The PSRs work closely with the customer service advisors to ensure an integrated service is delivered to meets your needs.
